**About the Role:**
Lead Activities Coordinator- Location: Potters Bar
As the Lead Activities Coordinator, you'll have the exciting opportunity to spearhead our wellness initiatives. Your primary focus will be leading the wellbeing team to plan, design, organise, and deliver a diverse range of activities destined to inspire delight and fulfilment in our residents’ lives.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Oversee the creation of stimulating activities that resonate with our residents' hobbies and interests, from musical acts and arts and crafts to community visits and exercise classes.
- Update activity care plans and notes, and manage communications with external activity providers.
- Foster an environment that encourages lifestyle choices, happiness, and collective team spirit.
- Support the Cambridge Manor leadership team on our collective journey to achieving outstanding care standards.

- Experience leading a team in organising and delivering complex activities and events.
