We’re looking for Level 3 Teaching Assistants for permanent opportunities across Leeds and Wakefield.
These schools are searching for experienced support staff who can confidently work across classes, support interventions, and build positive relationships with pupils.
The role includes:
* Classroom and small group support
* Running targeted interventions
* Supporting behaviour and learning routines
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
* Helping create engaging learning environments
We’re looking for:
* Level 3 TA qualification
* School-based experience
* Positive behaviour management skills
* Warm, proactive, and organised approach
