General Manager in Training
We’re on the lookout for our next generation of General Managers. We're looking for Experienced Assistants and Deputies who are keen to further their career. We'll place you in a pub and work to develop your
knowledge and skills with us. When the time is right get you kicked off on
our Internal General Manager programme. You will have a background
in leadership roles within hospitality - this could be pub based – but we’d
also be open to applications who have senior management experience in restaurants or hotels and who have a passion for pubs.

an Assistant Manager:
We are looking for a motivated &
experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food
focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine
passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team
management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of
our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight
our customers. You will also be someone
who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you
grow and succeed with us.
