Administration Manager – HMP Parc, Bridgend (CF35 6AP)

£13.50/hour | 35 hrs/week | Mon–Fri, 7am–2pm



Join Aramark UK as an Administration Manager and take the lead in supporting our prison catering operations at HMP Parc. This is a full-time, permanent role offering great work-life balance and career development in a secure, fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do:

* Manage all admin tasks for the catering function.
* Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Handle queries, emails, and internal communications.
* Work with bespoke systems and support the wider team.
* Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.


What you’ll bring:

* Admin/data entry experience.
* Strong IT skills (Office 365).
* UK resident for 5+ years (DBS & vetting required).
