Salary: £94,960–£98,210 plus highly competitive package

Our next Chief Executive will further develop the pillars of customer and employee excellence, value for money and financial resilience, driving sustainable excellence and community regeneration through strong stakeholder partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and dynamic leadership to Senior Management and Staff, delivering corporate goals and values with a culture of continuous improvement and customer excellence.
* Direct and manage the operations of Dunbritton Housing Association, ensuring the provision of high‑quality homes and services that are best in the sector.
* Prepare, develop and sustain the organization’s growing role in regenerating and sustaining local communities, establishing partnership working and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with the business plan, policies, and regulatory requirements set by the Board, the Scottish Housing Regulator, Companies House, OSCR, GDPR, FOI and other legal duties.
* Lead staff development, fostering flexibility, motivation and a culture of continuous improvement underpinned by a comprehensive Human Resources strategy.
* Advise the Board on key management, housing, social, economic, political and operational factors, assisting in the development and maintenance of strategies, policies and services.
Qualifications & Experience
* A strong leader with high standards of integrity and fairness, with proven achievements in motivating and empowering people.
* Successful track record of effective partnership working and networking at the highest levels, including regulators, central and local government, communities and commercial businesses.
* Consistent record of achievement in a senior executive position within a customer‑focused, social housing provider.
* Experience leading effective change programmes with staff, customer and stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
* Track record of building and managing relationships with Boards, customers, staff, partners and stakeholders.
* Experience in identifying, assessing and progressing strategic opportunities to facilitate growth.
* Experience in preparing, promoting and implementing business plans and other strategic planning documents.
* Relevant experience in budget management, property, asset management and investment, and an appreciation of associated opportunities and risks.
* Knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, performance management, risk, internal and external audit – including strategic financial management in the housing sector.
* Knowledge of ICT systems and experience championing the use of new technology to develop innovative services.
* Degree or relevant professional qualification, or equivalent through experience.
* Current membership of a related professional body.
