Provide a comprehensive surveying, maintenance, and monitoring service to the level expected of a Surveyor, ensuring that land, buildings, and properties remain safe and operational.
Carry out inspections and condition surveys and prepare reports, including defect diagnosis with priorities, recommendations, and costings, breaches of legislation, and inadequate fire precaution measures.
Candidate to be confident in delivering advice to tenants, particularly around Damp, Mould, and Condensation.
Requirements include:
1. Experience of construction and maintenance
2. Knowledge and application of recent standards for asset management, e.g., ISO 55000 and BS 8544
3. Proven application of effective project and programme management (Prince2 or similar)
4. Proven delivery of minor and major building works on various projects including:
* New Build
* Routine repairs
* Conversions
* Planned preventative maintenance
* Adaptations
* Refurbishments
* Improvements
* Alterations
* Demolitions
* Decoration
