Business Leader - E Detailing - Home Based Our client is a rapidly expanding e-communications agency who have enjoyed continued success within the pharmaceutical and healthcare arena within both the primary and secondary care sectors. Their service varies from bespoke one to one selling through to local advocacy mobilization and wide scale communication and congress. Their continued expansion has created an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Manager which will encompass account management of ongoing projects to ensure effective and productive delivery in tandem with people management and analysis and reporting. The Business Leader has accountability to lead a remote sales team of virtual Key Account Managers (vKAMs) to deliver HCP Behaviour Change and business outcome objectives for Pharmaceutical clients. You will have free reign to input and ensure the continued success of this exciting and growing Company. The successful candidate will be a mature and responsible individual with an accomplished sales management background from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry, with polished communication skills and be experienced in analysing data, making recommendations and compiling reports. You should be able to credibly present yourself to senior stakeholders and to manage existing projects and identify interventions as required. The ability to work across a number of projects at the same time would be a key priority of the role. Accomplished sales management background from within the UK Pharmaceutical industry. Polished communication skills and experience in analysing data, making recommendations and compiling reports. Ability to credibly present to senior stakeholders and manage existing projects with the capacity to identify interventions. Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time. Highly competitive basic salary plus bonus.
