As the Bodyshop VDA, your role is to estimate Internal vehicles for our Preparation Centre using your skills and judgement to avoid unnecessary repair/spend.
Bodyshop VDAKey responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as a Bodyshop VDA will be:
Reporting to the workshop manager on any structural concerns identified
Transferring an estimate to digital quote on the systems used
Continuously reviewing and improving Bodyshop processes and systems to deliver increased levels of job quantity/quality/satisfaction whilst minimising repairs and high levels of quality & workmanship
To help develop individuals within the team, monitoring staff & self-training needs

As a Bodyshop VDA, you will ideally have the following skills and attributes:
Experience as a VDA / Vehicle Estimator
Full and clean UK Driving Licence
