Cleaner Duties
Cleaning & Sanitising Guest Areas – Ensure that guest rooms,lounges,and public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised,maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Restocking Supplies – Replenish cleaning supplies,toiletries,and amenities in guest rooms and public restrooms to ensure a fully stocked environment for guests.
Floor Care & Surface Maintenance – Sweep,mop,vacuum,and polish floors,as well as clean windows,mirrors,and surfaces to ensure all areas are spotless and presentable.
Waste Disposal & Recycling – Empty bins,dispose of waste appropriately,and manage recycling materials in accordance with company policies and environmental standards.
Health & Safety Compliance – Follow all health,safety,and hygiene guidelines,ensuring safe use of cleaning products and maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both staff and guests.
Required Skills
Attention to Detail – Strong ability to notice small details and ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard,from floors to surfaces and amenities.
Time Management – Ability to manage time efficiently,prioritising tasks and ensuring that cleaning duties are completed within the required time frame without compromising quality.
Health & Safety Knowledge – Understanding of health and safety regulations,including the safe use of cleaning products,and maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Teamwork & Communication – Ability to work well within a team,communicate effectively with colleagues and management,and report maintenance issues or supplies needed.
