We are looking for a Team Co-ordinator to join our extremely successful New Homes team at Foxtons. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in administration, marketing, and property to kick start their career with London’s leading Estate Agency.
Within this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to interact with a variety of people, from internal colleagues across our 60+ offices to developers managing some of London's biggest developments. No two days are the same, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills to become a key part of the team. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the New Homes Team.
You can expect to be involved in:
1. Updating our database with current property availability
2. Creating price lists
3. Preparing photographs and property details
4. Booking photography appointments
5. Organizing events and development launches
Location-wise, we will aim to place you in your nearest Foxtons New Homes office within London. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
About You
We seek candidates with strong organizational and communication skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and an interest in the property industry. Previous administration experience and proficiency with Excel are beneficial, but full training and development will be provided. The key qualities are willingness to learn and a commitment to doing the job well.
