FootJoy, a leading global golf wear brand and the choice of more players across the worldwide professional tours, is committed to enhancing the enjoyment of the game by delivering the best fitting, most comfortable, and technically advanced golf shoes, gloves, outerwear and apparel.
We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to bring the FootJoy brand and products to life through the design of trade and consumer-facing marketing materials. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and collaborative team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the FootJoy identity across the UK and EMEA regions.
This is a full-time, permanent position based on-site in our St Ives, Cambridgeshire office.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and layout of FootJoy workbooks and catalogues for both print and digital distribution.
* Creation of digital assets for use across FootJoy trade accounts, social media, email marketing, and owned digital channels.
* Design and development of visual materials and presentation decks for internal sales meetings, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
* Production of in-store marketing assets, including POS materials and signage to support product sell-through at retail level.
* Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all design touchpoints.
* Assist with videography/editing as needed.
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have a degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
* Possess a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work including print and digital design.
* Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Have strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of how to communicate brand values through design.
* Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take initiative and work independently.
* Have a passion for golf and a genuine enthusiasm for the FootJoy brand (preferred but not essential).
