Are you an experienced Residential Care Home Manager? We are currently seeking a compassionate, and results-driven Residential Care Home Manager on an ongoing temporary basis to manage the day to day operations of a busy, established Residential Care Home. This is a critical role within the organisation, ensuring that exceptional care is delivered at all times. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and supporting staff teams to perform at their best. As a Residential Care Home Manager your duties will include: Managing the Care Homes operations, ensuring that residents receive safe, compassionate and effective care in line with CQC standards. Maintaining full regulatory compliance with CQC legislation. Managing a team of care professionals, ensuring they receive full training, support and supervision. Ensuring all care plans are up to date and executed effectively. Developing strong relationships with residents, their families, external stakeholders and others. Ensuring compliance with audits, safeguarding and health and safety. Skills and experience essential to the role of Residential Care Home Manager: Proven experience in a Care Home management role. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and protocol. Outstanding leadership, communication and organisational skills. Adaptable to change, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines As a Residential Care Home Manager you with benefit from: A competitive salary of £24.04-£28.85 per hour which is the equivalent to £50,000-£60,000 a year based on a 40 hour week.
