Are you a seasoned AV Installation Engineer looking to step up, lead from the front, and take ownership of exciting national projects?

We're seeking a Senior AV Installation Engineer with hands-on expertise and leadership experience to take the reins on-site, drive quality, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Take the lead on end-to-end AV and display installations on-site.
* Be the go-to person for installation teams and act as the on-site project lead.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, briefs, and scopes of work.
* Work closely with Project Managers and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
* Oversee system testing and basic commissioning of AV hardware.
* Ensure H&S compliance is always top priority on-site.
About You:
* 3+ years' AV/display installation experience with strong hands-on skills.
* Confident leading a team or running projects as a Site or Project Lead.
* Skilled with mounting displays, cable running, and AV system setup.
* Great communicator, organised, and proactive problem solver.
* Hold a full UK driving licence and happy to travel and stay overnight as required.
