As the Registered Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childrens home.
Lead and support a team of Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
Act as a corporate parent, ensuring the well-being and development of the children.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for both staff and children.
Play a key role in setting up and developing the new service.
Lead Ofsted home inspections.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in children’s residential care, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and relevant legislation.
Experience in planning and implementing high-standard care plans.
Experience supporting children with learning disabilities and complex behaviours.
Experience leading Ofsted home inspections.
Experience opening new services is advantageous.
We will consider a Deputy with a minimum of 2 years experience who is ready to step up to Manager.
