Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance, and employee relations.
2. Coach line managers to build capability and sustain a high-performance culture.
3. Support attendance management, including Occupational Health referrals and case reviews.
4. Manage disciplinary and grievance processes with professionalism and care.
5. Use data and insights to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
6. Contribute to cyclical HR projects including performance reviews, pay and promotion processes.
7. Coordinate secondments and support leave processes including maternity and shared parental leave.
