We're recruiting for a proactive and organised individual to join a busy team in Mansfield. This is a temporary role for an initial 3-month period, with the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right person.
The Role:
* Calling customers to arrange and book appointments
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently
* Updating internal systems with accurate information
* Providing excellent customer service over the phone
What We're Looking For:
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous customer service, appointment setting, call centre or administration experience preferred
* Available to start immediately
