Oliver Sanderson is partnered with a leading global engineering and services organisation to appoint an HR Administration Manager within its UK Employee Services function.
This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant HR administration across a large workforce, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead HR Administration delivery within a Shared Services environment
* Own end-to-end hire-to-retire processes
* Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
* Deliver against SLA’s, KPI’s, and compliance standards
* Lead and develop a team of 21 HR professionals
* Manage data, governance, and GDPR compliance
* Handle escalations and complex HR issues
* Support payroll, TUPE activity, and contract mobilisation
* Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to improve systems and processes
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience working in a HR Shared Services environment.
* Strong background in high-volume HR administration
* Experience leading large teams and service delivery functions
* Knowledge of HR processes, legislation, and compliance
* Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and drive improvements
* Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors (preferred)
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
* Data-driven with excellent analytical capability
