Take necessary actions to protect the public from dangerous structures and unauthorized works. Participate in an emergency call-out rota to respond to dangerous structure incidents. Check applications for compliance with Building Regulations efficiently and professionally. Conduct site inspections and liaise with builders to ensure compliance with legislation. Initiate enforcement procedures when necessary and prepare reports for legal actions. Analyze structural calculations and details submitted with applications. Consult with relevant bodies and communicate findings to applicants. Support marketing and promotion of services and explore new business opportunities.
