The Role
As a Student Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in and out of lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group support where needed
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and on task
* Support behaviour management in a calm and consistent way
* Assist during key parts of the day such as break, lunch, and transitions
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
You’ll play a key role in keeping students on track and supporting the day-to-day running of the school.
