Traffic Marshall - Long-Term Project at Gatwick Airport

Red Sky Personnel are currently recruiting for experienced Traffic Marshalls (CPCS A73) to work on a major infrastructure project at Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term scheme with a reputable UK contractor delivering large-scale civil engineering works.

Role Responsibilities:

* Safely directing and coordinating the movement of vehicles and plant on site.
* Ensuring compliance with site traffic management plans.
* Maintaining clear communication with drivers, plant operators, and site management.
* Monitoring and controlling pedestrian movements within traffic areas.
* Assisting with general site duties when required.
* Adhering to strict site safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

* Valid CPCS A73 Traffic Marshall qualification - essential.
* Proven experience working on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* Ability to provide a fully checkable 5-year work history.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Eligible for a DBS check.
* Able to obtain airside pass clearance for Gatwick Airport.
