Responsibilities
* Accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account and, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth.
* Manage successful outcomes and drive delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
* Drive application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
* Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.
* Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
* Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.
* Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
* Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
* Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values.
Qualifications
* Significant experience managing successful delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
* Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
* Experience in delivering applications, services, products or platforms.
* Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with commercial awareness and understanding of multi-supplier project challenges.
* Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid-response and formal presentations.
* Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
