You'll be joining us at our Gold performing Jacksdale practice on either a Full time or Part time (4 days per week) basis. Providing both NHS and Private dental services this is an ideal role for either someone looking to step into Management or someone who is looking to transfer their management experience into the Dental environment.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you'll be:
* Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
* Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
* Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
* Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
