As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our materials arrive exactly where they need to be, exactly when they're needed. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and keeping projects running smoothly, even when dealing with multiple international suppliers and partners.
The Opportunity: What You'll Be Doing
As Logistics Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics operation, from liaising with suppliers, making sure production is on track, to organising shipping materials internationally and coordinating UK-based onward warehousing and delivery. You'll work closely with our global network of freight forwarders, clearing agents, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery, while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate elements of the order cycle from supplier to customer
• Manage international and domestic freight logistics
• Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules with accuracy and urgency
• Communicate proactively with suppliers and logistics partners to keep everything on track
Operational Excellence
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries aligned with project timelines
• Resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively
• Oversee warehouse arrangements and inbound/outbound logistics
• Keep clear records of packing lists, delivery bookings, PODs, and supplier invoices
Supplier & Partner Management
• Build strong working relationships with key service providers
• Identify and evaluate new logistics partners to support growth
• Report on supplier and haulier performance, shipment value, ETAs, and cost efficiency
Sample & Stock Management
• Maintain office display and sample stock levels
• Order and dispatch product samples in a timely and professional manner
You'll succeed in this role if you:
· Have experience managing logistics, supply chains, project management or operational coordination
· Are confident using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
· Able to think logically and visualise end-to-end processes
· Are confident working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
· Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Calm under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and a solutions-focused mindset
· Are customer-focused and understand the importance of service in logistics
· Are comfortable using and proposing digital tools to track and report logistics activity and translate data into actionable reports and performance insights
· Skilled at building lasting, value-driven relationships with suppliers and service partners
