At Tectonix, we're redefining what it means to deliver high-quality natural stone surfacing solutions for commercial and public realm projects. From iconic streetscapes to landmark developments, our materials and services are chosen by top-level architects, landscape designers, and contractors across the country.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of everything we do, ensuring our materials arrive exactly where they need to be, exactly when they're needed. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation, precision, and keeping projects running smoothly, even when dealing with multiple international suppliers and partners.

The Opportunity: What You'll Be Doing

As Logistics Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the end-to-end logistics operation, from liaising with suppliers, making sure production is on track, to organising shipping materials internationally and coordinating UK-based onward warehousing and delivery. You'll work closely with our global network of freight forwarders, clearing agents, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery, while maintaining excellent communication with internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate elements of the order cycle from supplier to customer

• Manage international and domestic freight logistics

• Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules with accuracy and urgency

• Communicate proactively with suppliers and logistics partners to keep everything on track

Operational Excellence

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries aligned with project timelines

• Resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively

• Oversee warehouse arrangements and inbound/outbound logistics

• Keep clear records of packing lists, delivery bookings, PODs, and supplier invoices

Supplier & Partner Management

• Build strong working relationships with key service providers

• Identify and evaluate new logistics partners to support growth

• Report on supplier and haulier performance, shipment value, ETAs, and cost efficiency

Sample & Stock Management

• Maintain office display and sample stock levels

• Order and dispatch product samples in a timely and professional manner

You'll succeed in this role if you:

· Have experience managing logistics, supply chains, project management or operational coordination

· Are confident using Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· Able to think logically and visualise end-to-end processes

· Are confident working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

· Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management. Calm under pressure, with a strong sense of urgency and a solutions-focused mindset

· Are customer-focused and understand the importance of service in logistics

· Are comfortable using and proposing digital tools to track and report logistics activity and translate data into actionable reports and performance insights

· Skilled at building lasting, value-driven relationships with suppliers and service partners

The Type of Person Who Thrives Here

* Energetic, passionate, and brings a positive attitude every day
* Self-disciplined and reliable with excellent timekeeping
* A strong team player who takes ownership of their responsibilities, who is willing and able to build genuine trust and rapport with key stakeholders

· Can manage multiple activities/tasks of product movement internationally across several platforms.

* Naturally ambitious self-starter and excited to be a key part of a small, high-performing team
* Detail-oriented, especially when handling data and information
* Passionate about delivering excellent service for our customers
* Eager to learn, grow, and make improvements, without needing to be pushed
* An excellent communicator on a verbal and written basis

Additional Info
