Key Responsibilities
You'll support the recruitment operation across a range of admin and coordination tasks, including:
Supporting labour planning and daily staffing requirements
Assisting with recruitment activity (screening, candidate engagement, on-boarding support)
Managing and maintaining candidate compliance (Right to Work checks, documentation, system updates)
Supporting payroll processing and ensuring accurate worker records
Handling candidate queries professionally and efficiently
Working closely with on-site and remote teams to ensure smooth delivery
Some weekend working will be expected (on a rota basis)What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll be:
Highly organised with an excellent eye for detail
Confident communicating in strong written and spoken English
Flexible and reliable, happy to support weekend working when required
A relationship builder with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Comfortable using systems, paperwork, and working in a process-driven environment
