Location: Remote
Rate: Up to £750 per day
Duration: 3 months initially (Discovery Phase)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to assist our client during an initial 3-month contract for a major transformation programme. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central, and a solid understanding of HR and Finance integration.
* Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
* Configure core HR components such as wage types, absences, pensions, and master data.
* Ensure seamless integration with SAP Finance systems (ECC/S4HANA) and alignment of company codes.
* Maintain data consistency across SAP, ECP, and SuccessFactors platforms.
* Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline HR processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, including user ID mismatches and integration gaps.
* Support setup and configuration of the Payroll Control Center.
* Deliver insights through reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and related HR modules.
* Solid understanding of SAP Finance integration and data architecture.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, discovery-led environment.
