The role will involve managing a diverse portfolio of projects ranging up to £4M from across sectors such as Commerical, Education, Healthcare,Pharmectucal, Lesuire & More. All projects are located locally so working away from home is rare

Responsibilities
As they embark on an exciting scale-up journey, they are looking for a dedicated Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join the team in there Yorkshire office, This role involves
* Project Planning and Scheduling:
* Develop comprehensive project plans for each project, including scope, timeline budget, and resource allocation.
* Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks and milestones are identified and tracked and targets are achieved.
* Carry out and complete on-site surveys to ensure clients expectations both in terms of specification, timescales and costs are achievable prior to project commencement.
* Support the operations team in carrying out ‘pre-condition’ surveys of client sites as and when required or requested
* Ability to be hands on and deal with client facing, dealing with Quoates & Rams
The Opportunity
As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager you will play a critical part in the continued growth of the business through your client-facing role, you will being responsible for managing and prioritizing your workload, ensuring that the information you are responsible for is captured in the systems and communicated to the client in a timely fashion, to the highest standards.
* Professional responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of all mechanical aspects
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time within budget, and to the required quality standards
* Continued monitoring of project costs during the project lifecycle (including labour, plant, materials, and sub-contractors) and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints through to handover.
* With the support of the Operations Director, completion of Mech Valuations monthly including consolidation and reporting of approved and unapproved variations.
* Managing and coordinating site teams, in-house labour, and other specialist subcontractors to ensure efficient deployment and adherence to the programme..
Experiences Required
* 7+ Years + Mechanical Project Management Experience
* Mechanical Biased
* Good PC skills,
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Abailbiity to be hands on and deal with clients & Rams
* Background working on projects up to £4M
