Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Academy’s overall business and financial goals.
* Provide insights and recommendations on all HR related issues.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
* Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.
* Support current and future business needs through talent development, engagement, and retention.
* Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
* Manage performance appraisal systems and support leadership development.
* Identify training needs and oversee implementation of learning programs.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
* HR Administration.
* HR Project Management.
* Support and contribute / assist in the operation of the School Administration centre.
Qualifications:
* Proven working experience as an HR professional with at least 5 years of experience in management.
* Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
* Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
* Knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
* Experience working across diverse sectors is a plus.
* Ability to think strategically but also to execute and implement different projects and activities.
* 2.1 degree or better.
