Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.
We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.
At Titan Wealth, we believe successful teams are built on attitude, trust, and people who genuinely enjoy working together. We’re looking for a Paraplanner to join our established Gateshead team — someone positive, good‑natured, and easy‑going, who takes pride in their work and values being part of a supportive environment.
The team
You’ll be joining a close‑knit team of 10 paraplanners, led by our Regional Manager, Gemma. The team has a great mix of ages and experience levels.
It’s a collaborative, welcoming environment where personalities matter, learning is encouraged, and people support each other day‑to‑day.
The role
This role can be shaped around your experience and career goals. We’d love to hear from:
* Experienced Paraplanners
* Part‑qualified or trainee Paraplanners
* (IO) Intelligent office exposure would be advantageous for us.
You’ll support Advisers by producing accurate, high‑quality paraplanning and documentation, while continuing to develop technically. For those aspiring to move into an advising role in the future, there is scope to build the right foundations and gain valuable exposure over time.
Responsibilities
* Draft clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports in line with Financial Planner guidance, FCA rules, and internal standards.
* Analyse client objectives, financial data, and existing arrangements to support appropriate advice recommendations.
* Research solutions across products, funds, and providers, including cashflow modelling and plan comparisons.
* Obtain illustrations, quotations, and supporting documentation from providers.
* Work closely with Financial Planners and internal teams to clarify cases, agree assumptions, and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Ensure all work meets compliance, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and data protection requirements.
* Maintain accurate case records within Intelligent Office (IO) and elevate risks or issues where appropriate.
* Take ownership of workloads, managing cases efficiently to meet agreed deadlines.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, processes, and ways of working to enhance quality and efficiency.
About You
We’re really focused on who you are, not just your CV. You’ll ideally be:
* Part or Diploma Qualified
* Positive, approachable, and easy to work with
* Naturally collaborative and supportive of others
* Comfortable asking questions and keen to learn
* Interested in building a long‑term career in paraplanning
* Experienced in a paraplanning or financial planning environment (preferred, but not essential depending on level)
Terms
* Competitive salary
* Attractive Employee Pension Scheme (7.5% employer & minimum 3% employee)
* 25 days Annual Leave + public holidays
* Buy and sell holidays up to 5 days
* Office Christmas close (3-days)
* A range of benefits which includes private medical insurance, Group life insurance, and income protection insurance.
* Hybrid working
* Further education and training support
* Discretionary performance related bonus
* Confidential Employee Assistance Programme
* 2 days per year for voluntary work
* And lots of flexible benefits to choose from!
