- Monday to Friday 06:30-16:00 About the role Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a background in grounds maintenance or environmental services? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to our team, the UK's leading green services provider, in a pivotal leadership role based in Hampshire.
You'll play a key role in managing operational performance, client relationships, compliance, and financial growth, all while leading a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities Working with the local authority, council & street cleansing contracts, you'll cover multiple City Centre and rural sites, delivering high-quality, compliant services across a wide geographical area.
Oversee the team
- You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high standards, and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be fully responsible for contract P&L and managing contract budgets.
With strong commercial focus, you'll also spot and drive opportunities to expand services and improve profitability.
Operate confidently in secure, regulated environments, ensuring health & safety and SHEQ standards are met.
Build strong relationships with clients, delivering consistent service and trusted support across sectors.
Support procurement and re-tendering processes when required.
Requirements Previous experience as part of a Management Team in the grounds maintenance, environmental services or street cleansing industry.
Ideally you will have experience of managing multi-site, high value contracts with a large workforce.
Adept at navigating complex situations and conveying information clearly, ensuring effective teamwork and client satisfaction.
In-depth knowledge of financial modelling to optimise resource allocation and drive operational efficiency in high-spec service environments.
Full clean driving license.
