Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) - West Midlands

A highly successful and expanding law firm, recognised as a leading practice in the West Midlands, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing department with the flexibility to be based at any of their modern Midlands offices.
The Role
* Manage a high-quality and diverse caseload with a high degree of autonomy and client contact.
* Handle freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
* Act for landlords and tenants on commercial leases, renewals, and assignments.
* Deal with secured lending work and property finance.
* Advise on site development and option agreements.
* Support businesses with property aspects of corporate transactions.
* Work closely with other departments to provide a full-service offering to clients.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years of PQE and at least 5 years of overall experience in commercial property.
* Experienced in managing your own caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision.
* Strong technical lawyer with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
* Commercially minded and client-focused, with a passion for business development.
* Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
The Package
* Salary band of £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable based on experience).
* Flexible working across multiple West Midlands office locations.
