The Mission We are facilitating the recruitment of an elite acute-care specialist to deliver uncompromising 1:1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP principal. This highly coveted maritime position offers a rare departure from the traditional hospital ward. You will be providing bespoke healthcare aboard an ultra-luxury superyacht, navigating exclusively through the Mediterranean's finest anchorages, including the Greek Islands, Monaco, Ibiza, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.
The Team You will be an essential pillar of a high-performing, private multidisciplinary medical team. The clinical operation is directed by a distinguished Lead British Doctor, and you will work in synergy with dedicated Physiotherapists and an elite group of Western-trained nursing professionals.
The Safety We never compromise on clinical safety or staff well-being. To ensure constant readiness and prevent fatigue, this operation runs on a strict double-nurse shift system. This ensures you always have a qualified clinical partner on shift with you, providing vital peer support and maintaining flawless continuity of care.
Requirements
The Requirements This ultra-exclusive role demands the highest clinical standards. Candidates must possess:
* Qualifications: A verified Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Clinical Background: A minimum of 4+ years of Acute Care experience (Strictly limited to ICU, ER, or A&E).
* Language Skills: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency to ensure precise communication in critical and high-end hospitality environments.
