🌟 Join My Team – A Unique Opportunity to Support Me, Sebastian 🌟

Hours: 24 per week (12 admin + 12 care shift)
Pay: £22–£26 per hour
Hi, I’m Sebastian. I’m in my early twenties, I have Cerebral Palsy, and I’m non-verbal—but I’m bright, alert, and have a great sense of humour. I use eye gaze technology to communicate and a PEG for feeding. I love music (especially playing my electric guitar), joining online groups, and being around people who are kind, calm, and genuinely care.
I’m looking for someone special to join my team—not just as a support worker, but as a Nurse Team Leader who will help guide and support the amazing people who care for me every day.
💙 What I Value in You
1. Client Focussed: Can you show real commitment and passion for meeting my needs? I need someone who sees me as a person, not just a job.
2. Integrity: Can you demonstrate empathy and understanding in a professional and respectful way? I value honesty and kindness.
3. Supportive: You’ll be leading a team of 14 support workers, so building strong, professional relationships is key.
4. Positive: I want my environment to be inclusive and respectful of diversity. Your attitude will help shape that.
5. Quality Focussed: Professionalism matters. I need someone who takes pride in doing things well.

7. Shift Times: Weekdays 7:45am–7:00pm, waking nights 7:00pm–8:00am, weekends follow the same day shift hours.
