What You’ll Do
* Lead development and delivery of the Employee Listening Strategy and culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and support our strategy.
* Develop narratives and insights aligned with our transformation and business strategy to measure progress and inform actions.
* Translate listening insights into relevant and timely actions for individuals, teams, and the organization.
* Enable measurement and change methodologies to track core metrics (e.g., Engagement, Leadership Impact, Spirit of Vodafone behaviors), identify gaps, and suggest actions.
* Guide the product roadmap for listening partners to maximize our listening program and ROI.
* Collaborate across the business to create, drive, and implement culture and engagement initiatives that embody the Spirit of Vodafone, empowering employees to excel.
Who You Are
* Strong leadership, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
* Experience leading employee listening, engagement, and behavioral development initiatives supporting culture change.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Ability to use data storytelling effectively.
* Excellent written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.
* Comfortable leading innovation, experimentation, and applying learnings to programs.
