The Role:
* Manage and grow your own portfolio of commercial clients
* Identify new business opportunities across any sector
* Provide tailored risk advice and bespoke insurance solutions
* Lead on renewals, reviews, and mid-term changes
* Build trusted relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams
* Work closely with Account Handlers and Brokers to deliver first-class service
What They're Looking For:
* Proven experience in commercial broking or client-facing insurance roles
* Confident running your own portfolio with minimal support
* Comfortable developing business and building long-term client relationships
* Open on sector background-diverse experience welcomed
* Clear communicator with good commercial acumen
* Cert CII (or working towards it) preferred, not essential
