We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to assist with managing up to 100+ field-based carers and overseeing the quality-of-care delivery for all of our clients and workforce.
Pay Rates:
1. Up to £23,000.00 DOE
2. Out of hours shift premium - £20 M-F and £160 weekends
3. 45p tax free mileage
Shifts:
4. Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
5. There will be paid on call duties on a rolling rota basis.

Requirements:
17. Experience in the care sector is essential.
18. Clean and valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
19. A Level 3 NVQ qualification in adult and social care or equivalent is desirable.
20. Proficiency in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
21. Key Responsibilities:
22. Conducting care worker supervisions.
23. Developing care plans for new clients.
24. Conducting reviews for existing clients.
25. Assisting in the line-management of front-line care staff.
26. Delivering personal care and support in clients' homes within the local community.
27. Promoting and facilitating client independence.
28. Providing both physical and emotional support.
29. Assisting with medication administration and meal preparation.
30. Utilising our specialised care app to ensure the delivery of top-quality care.
