Overview
A leading UK law firm is looking for a talented Associate / Senior Associate to join their fast-growing Scotland banking team.
This role offers:
* Exposure to all types of finance transactions - corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate, asset finance, and more
* Responsibility for drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, managing conditions precedent, and supervising junior lawyers
* The chance to take ownership of matters and contribute to building a dynamic, entrepreneurial local team
We\'re seeking candidates with:
* 4-6 years PQE in banking/finance
* Strong general banking experience
* A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work across a variety of transactions
