Salary: Grade 5 £25,183 to £26,409 per annum pro rata
Actual salary: £17,015.54 - £17,843.92 per annum

The Successful Candidate Will
* be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the building and site security
* need to demonstrate their understanding of safe working practices and compliance
* liaise and supervise contractors
* support the effective operation of the school
Duties will include security and safety, maintenance and cleaning, minor repairs, minor painting and decorating, joinery, plumbing and health and safety.
