Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email and web.
* Provide customers with product advice, quotes and order updates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing trade and retail clients.
* Support external sales and marketing efforts.
* Process orders accurately and follow up to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
About You:
* Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or telesales role (ideally in construction/building products, but not essential).
* Confident communicator with excellent phone and email manner.
* Proactive, organised, and results‑driven.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
