As the Project Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across the 'big 6' areas of compliance, Building Safety and wider M&E work programmes. You will help ensure bpha meets legal and regulatory Landlord Health & Safety duties while supporting the effective management of contractors and key compliance activities.
As a Project Officer you will:
1. Act as a key point of contact for planned/cyclical compliance programmes and related Building Safety work
2. Support contract management, ensuring contractors deliver work in line with plans, contracts, and statutory requirements
3. Manage repairs and follow-on works arising from contractor visits
4. Monitor, reconcile, and validate compliance data to ensure integrity and accuracy
5. Review contractor documentation, validate data and ensure correct recording in compliance systems
6. Support the planning and monitoring of annual maintenance and cyclical work programmes, tracking KPIs and performance measures
7. Assist in the management and delivery of major compliance projects, ensuring performance targets and milestones are successfully achieved
8. Ensure projects and works comply with statutory obligations including CDM Regulations 2015 and relevant health & safety legislation
