They provide secure, accessible storage solutions in a wide range of unit sizes and pride themselves on the excellent customer service they deliver.With a longstanding and loyal customer base, they support a diverse client base including residential customers, businesses, and non-profit organisations. They have a reputation for being friendly, professional and approachable. The Role We are seeking a Part-Time Self Store Assistant to work two days per week, between Wednesday and Saturday (likely to include two Saturdays per month). After a full training period, you will work independently and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store. This is a trusted role where you will act as a keyholder for the business. Your responsibilities will include: Opening and closing the self-storage facility Handling customer enquiries (in person, phone, and email) Signing up new customers and managing bookings Selling packaging and storage accessories Maintaining accurate records using their software system Although you will often work alone, you will be fully supported. You'll take part in regular team meetings, have phone support available at all times, and benefit from a weekly half-day crossover working alongside the Self Store Manager. This is a close-knit team with strong communication and a supportive culture.
