Responsibilities
* Coordinate patient appointments and manage schedules effectively to optimise workflow.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information regarding treatment options.
* Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual patient needs.
* Assist in the financial aspects of treatment coordination, including discussing payment options and insurance coverage with patients.
* Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff to ensure clarity regarding treatment processes.
* Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the role.

* Proven office experience, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
