Managed Equipment Service (MES) and Contracts Manager
Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact? We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to take on the pivotal role of Managed Equipment Service Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate the Managed Equipment Service for the Division of Imaging.
* Engage with senior stakeholders across the Trust to ensure timely delivery of major equipment replacement programmes.
* Drive compliance with ongoing maintenance, asset availability, helpdesk support, and staff training, while navigating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving challenges.
* Lead a business support team that includes the MES Coordinator and Business Support Lead.
* Collaborate with the Division of Imaging senior team, Estates, Trust colleagues, Trust PFI Partners, and the MES provider to oversee the equipment replacement plan and ensure it aligns with agreed timelines and contract terms.
* Interpret and resolve complex contract‑related issues and effectively communicate with stakeholders to address queries.
* Act as the point of escalation between the MES provider and the Division of Imaging team for incidents of equipment downtime, ensuring the best possible outcome and rapid return to operation.
* Implement project management tools to swiftly address deviations from DoI contracts and SLAs across all Imaging services with stakeholders within MFT and with external partners.
* Lead and participate in working groups essential for the successful execution of plans and contractual provisions, including the MES Investment Committee, Facility Infrastructure User Group, Works Group and IS Quality Assurance meetings.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including senior clinical staff, for the selection, procurement, and commissioning of new equipment or service delivery models to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and operational readiness.
