Salary: £32,000 + Bonus Structure (OTE: £40,000)

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Creative Strategist to shape and drive the creative direction for our creators. You’ll work closely with talent to develop scripts, content ideas, and campaign strategies that go viral on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
Day to day, you’ll be very client-facing - working directly with our creators. You’ll collaborate with our editors to bring ideas to life, guide our creative assistants (a team of two), and set the standard for creativity across the agency.
This role is designed to progress into our Social Media Creative Director position as the agency scales. We want someone who can learn our systems, grow with the business, and eventually take full ownership of the creative vision at FansHub.
Key Responsibilities
* Onboarding new creators and defining their brand positioning and creative strategy.
* Building growth roadmaps with creators, ensuring they’re happy with the plan and have the equipment and tools needed to film.
* Giving creators ongoing feedback on their content and direction for improvement.
* Working with editors to bring content ideas to life through strong visuals and storytelling.
* Collaborating with cameramen to refine filming angles, setups, and production standards.
* Developing new content ideas with creators, staying ahead of trends inside and outside the industry.
* Managing creator campaigns end-to-end, tracking performance and reporting results to your line manager.
* Leading and mentoring a creative team of three assistants, providing guidance and feedback.
* Overseeing scriptwriting and idea generation, ensuring everything stays fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
* Acting as a client-facing strategist, working directly with creators and partner agencies.
Skills & Experience
* At least 2+ years’ experience in social media, creative strategy, or digital marketing (agency or creator-focused preferred).
* Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* A proven ability to build creative strategies that drive growth and engagement.
* Experience working directly with creators and influencers and giving creative feedback.
* Understanding of content production, scripting, filming setups, and editing processes.
* Confidence working with creative teams and mentoring junior staff.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators and projects at once.
* Flexibility with working hours and the ability to work across time zones when needed.
* A clear and confident communicator, both with clients and internally.
* Highly proactive and adaptable, able to take initiative and deliver results quickly.
