Location: Middlesbrough & Surrounding Areas (Assignment Dependent)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (Flexible Working Available)
Pay Rate: £30 - £35 per hour (PAYE, Assignment Dependent)
Focus: One-to-One Teaching for Students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD & Medical Needs

Are you a passionate and experienced teacher who thrives in inclusive learning environments?
We are seeking dedicated SEN Teachers to provide personalised, one-to-one tuition for students with a range of learning, emotional, and medical needs. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver tailored education that empowers young people to grow academically, emotionally, and socially.
Responsibilities
* Creating a Safe & Supportive Space
Foster trust and consistency, ensuring each student feels secure and ready to engage.
* Designing Bespoke Learning Plans
Plan and deliver lessons tailored to individual learning styles, academic goals, and emotional needs.
* Working in Partnership with Families
Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and other professionals to create a seamless support system for students.
* Building Confidence & Encouraging Progress
Use creative, empathetic approaches to nurture resilience, boost self-esteem, and drive academic achievement.
* Leading by Example
Model positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
* Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 to 4
* Excellent communication skills and a background in SEN education
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* A strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
