About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Classroom Support Assistant to join our team. This vital role focuses on supporting pupils with additional needs who may find aspects of the classroom routine challenging. You will work 1:1 with pupils, providing tailored support that may include emotional, academic, or physical assistance. Experienced in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and managing challenging behaviour. Confident in adapting to different situations and providing the right support to help pupils engage and succeed. A strong communicator, able to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, both inside and outside of the classroom.
