About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a sharp performance mindset and a love for paid media. This is a client-facing, strategy-owning, results-driving role focused on building and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube. You’ll work across multiple exciting consumer brands—each with its own voice, goals, and creative opportunities. You’ll partner with media buyers, creatives, and analysts to launch campaigns, analyze results, and keep clients (and your inner performance nerd) happy. What You’ll Do Own paid media strategy, planning, and day-to-day management across key B2C client accounts Lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, PMAX), TikTok, Pinterest, and other paid channels Analyze performance data and make real-time optimizations to hit KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc.) Collaborate with creative teams to brief and test ad content that converts Present strategy, insights, and results to clients regularly—keeping them looped in, excited, and scaling Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and reports with confidence and attention to detail Stay up to date on platform changes, consumer trends, and paid media innovations Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, growth ideas, and good vibes ✅ What You Bring 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social and/or PPC campaigns, preferably in an agency Proven success running campaigns for ecommerce or B2C brands Deep platform knowledge (Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok Ads, etc.) Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy, attribution, and performance metrics Ability to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and deliverables like a boss Confident client communicator—you can present ideas and data in a clear, compelling way Obsessed with results, organized by nature, and proactive by default What You’ll Get Competitive salary performance bonus Remote-first culture with flexible working hours Fun, supportive team that celebrates wins and learns fast Monthly learning budget career development support Paid holidays, mental health days, and a genuine respect for work-life balance The chance to work on cool brands you actually recognize in your day-to-day life
