We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills who will join our friendly and inclusive team in Aseptic Services. The role involves maintaining Good Documentation Practice, keeping records up to date, and supporting the preparation of patient products such as TPN and chemotherapy in a clean room environment.
Main duties of the job
* Planning and organising meetings, including taking and producing accurate minutes.
* Documentation control of approved worksheets and forms.
* Recording of staff shifts and adjustments using Trust Software Allocate E-Roster.
* Can follow strict Standard Operating Procedures.
* Use of Electronic Documentation Control Software to produce Receipt Records of drugs and ingredients.
* Ordering and managing stock for stationary and consumables used within the facility.
* Processing invoices for payment effectively.
* Assisting Senior Managers in collating data for financial and capacity reporting on a monthly basis.
Person Specification
Experience
* Previous experience in an administration role within a busy office environment
* Experience of minute taking
* Experience of implementing and maintaining filing systems
* Experience of documentation control systems
Qualifications
* RSA Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
* NVQ - Business studies
* ECDL or equivalent
Skills
* Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work
* Ability to use own initiative
