With a strong footprint across the City and West End, this business delivers premium cleaning and support services to high-end commercial offices and prestigious client environments. Having grown significantly in recent years through quality delivery and client retention, they are now looking for a commercially astute leader to accelerate sales and expand market share.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, strategic role with genuine influence. You will work directly with the ownership team to shape and execute the company’s sales strategy, targeting high-value commercial contracts across London.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a targeted business development strategy across London
* Secure high-value commercial cleaning contracts (City & West End focus)
* Build and nurture relationships with property managers, asset managers and managing agents
* Lead bid strategy and oversee tender submissions
* Identify new market opportunities within premium commercial office space
* Work closely with operations to ensure seamless mobilisation and client onboarding
* Contribute to long-term growth planning alongside senior leadership

* Strong network within managing agents, property management and commercial real estate
* Strategic thinker with hands-on sales capability
* Experience leading or building a sales function
* Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
