YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors (enabled HR Transformation), you will play a key role in delivering HR technology solutions across transformation programmes. You’ll bring hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions that improve employee experience and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the design and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting).
* Lead specific workstreams such as functional design, testing, data migration, or integration.
* Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
* Configure SuccessFactors modules and support deployment activities.
* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
* Contribute to internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership, and practice growth.
* Mentor junior consultants and support their development.

YOUR PROFILE
* 3+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
* Consulting experience in HR transformation programmes, ideally within a major consultancy or similar environment.
* Expertise in Organisation Design, Process and Experience, Services Design and Delivery, and Change Management.
* Strong functional knowledge and configuration experience in at least one SuccessFactors module.
* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications (desirable).
* Exposure to integration tools and agile delivery methods (desirable).
* UK Security Clearance (desirable).
* Currently working in a major Consulting firm or industry with a strong Consulting background, proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and build support for consulting solutions.
* Experience in proposition building and delivery.
