We are supporting a leading financial services organisation undergoing a core banking replacement programme and are seeking an experienced Test Manager to play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex, multi-workstream programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver comprehensive test strategies covering SIT, UAT, integration, regression, performance and security testing
* Lead and coordinate QA teams across internal and third-party providers
* Manage test planning, resourcing, dependencies, and execution across workstreams
* Own defect management processes, triage, prioritisation, and resolution
* Ensure full traceability and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
* Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and readiness indicators to senior stakeholders
* Support change, training, and go/no-go decisions during implementation
* Hold vendors and offshore teams accountable to agreed SLAs and KPIs
